Order Timelines

What happens after you click the button?

• An order is placed.
• (Within 24 hrs) We start prepping the material. (PETG needs to be dried before printing). (Brian)
• The material dries overnight, ~12 hrs. (Brian)
• Printing begins once a free machine is ready. The printing will vary depending on the size of the order and the particular items. (Brian)
• After printing, the items go to branded packaging. (Sharah, sometimes Brian)
  
• Your order then goes to shipping. (Brian)

We say up to 2 weeks to give us some leeway, but most orders are done and in the mail within 4 days. If there are any issues, we will contact you by email to find out how you'd like to proceed. For example, if you end up running out of the color you requested, I'll contact you to find out whether you'd like to wait for the material or choose another.
